The Chilean national team will participate for the 29th time in a CONMEBOL Copa América in the 2024 edition, which will be played in the United States, host of the CONMEBOL Copa América Centenario, where La Roja was crowned twice champion after also winning the previous edition in the CONMEBOL Copa América 2015.
Chile’s team, which won both titles, was formed by the ‘Golden Generation’, with Eduardo Vargas, top scorer in the competition (14), Alexis Sánchez, all-time top scorer (52), Arturo Vidal, Claudio Bravo and Gary Medel.
