Hard Rock Stadium, the host of the final of CONMEBOL Copa América™
2024-05-01- On July 14th, the champion of the 48th edition of the oldest national teams’ tournament in the world will be decided.

The 16 teams participating in the CONMEBOL Copa América United States 2024™ dream of being in the 32nd match of the tournament, when the champion will be determined at the Hard Rock Stadium (65,300), located in Miami Gardens, Florida.
This stadium, constructed in 1987, will host two other matches during the CONMEBOL Copa América™: the first will be on June 23rd, between Uruguay and Panama, in Group C. The second, to be played on June 29th between Argentina and Peru (Group A), holds much history in this tournament. The two teams have played 17 matches, in which Argentina have won 12 times, Peru three times, and there have been two draws. The last matchup? In 2007, when Lionel Messi scored his first goal in the tournament.
Home to the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League, the Hard Rock Stadium knows what it’s like to be part of major finals, having hosted the Super Bowl six times: in 1989, 1995, 1999, 2007, 2010, and 2020.
Since 2019, one of the world’s most important tennis tournaments, the Miami Masters 1000, has also been held at this stadium, where players like Roger Federer, Carlos Alcaraz, and Jannik Sinner have been crowned champions over the years.
It has also been incorporated into Formula 1, and since 2022 there has been a circuit that has the stadium as the center of the Grand Prix.
Another major event in which this legendary stadium will participate is the FIFA World Cup 2026. It will host seven matches: four group stage matches, one round of 32 match, one quarter-final, and the third-place match.
The venue known for historic sporting moments is getting ready to host the final match of this year’s tournament. Starting May 1st, tickets can be purchased to experience a day that will be unforgettable for all sports fans.
